Meet Our Team
Our facilitators have a wealth of knowledge and experience in providing you a great variety of yoga styles and forms throughout the week. To name a few, we have ~ toddlers well-being and sensory flow, gentle yoga, hatha, vinyasa, dynamic, mandala, rockets and ashtanga. To a more mellow chill connecting vibe such as yin, and sound healing.
Furthermore, we invite you to join our monthly workshops such as women's health workshop, women's circles, bringing us women together in a shared safe space and just be.
