My Story

As a mind and body enthusiast, I enjoy making Pilates and yoga practice achievable for all.

Helping participants to achieve life goals, focusing the mind, enhancing/restoring movement, building physical and psychological strength and removing barriers.

​

My style and flow are creative. Always establishing the benefits and intentions of practice, alongside enjoyability at the centre of each session.

​

With 10 years in Wellness and Gym Studios, I bring a range of versatile skills and knowledge. Coinciding with other forms of movement such as Cardiovascular, Strength Training and Body Conditioning.
