My Story

Born in Thailand, raised in Worcestershire at the age of 10. Went to an all girls boarding school. Moved to London and studied Architecture, graduated at London Metropolitan University and has worked as an Architect Assistant with a Housing Association in London.

My very first yoga experience of yoga practice was when I was pregnant with my first child, (nearly 13 years now!). This was purely to help me with breathing and some back pain problems I had at the time. I find it did not only help me physically and mentally, it also helps me with relaxation, calmness and stillness that it connects to my body, mind and spirit. I continue to practice yoga. Throughout these periods, I find comfort in yoga which really has helped me through difficulties during my family tragedies. I finally decided to do my 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with YogaLondon in 2018, as a way to give back and help others.

Since then I’ve acquired a spectrum of skills and knowledge all with the aim of helping my clients’ needs, and goals. I’m now also a Wellbeing Coach, a Personal Trainer, a Pilates Instructor, and a Massage Therapist. I'm currently studying for my 500hr with The Shala, in London.
