Here at One Dragonfly Studio we offer a number of Yoga and Pilates classes to suit all abilities. From Gentle Flow , Hatha, Barre, Mandala Flow, Yin, Vinyasa Flow, Mat Pilates and Reformer Pilates - there is something for everybody!

What We
Offer

Barre Sculpt

This class uses equipment to get that barre and yoga strength - all on the mat. This is a low impact class with plenty of variations, so everyone can enjoy it! 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga emphasises postures and breathwork for improving strength and flexibility, reducing stress, and increasing mental clarity. The practice involves holding poses for an extended period to cultivate mindfulness and proper posture.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga class involves a smooth flow of movement that is synchronised with the breath.  The session includes elements such as Ujjayi breathing for managing movement, Bandhas to help anchor the body, and Drishti for focusing on asanas.

Mat Pilates

Mat Pilates is an effective low-impact workout that reinforces your core muscles, while also toning and stretching your legs and arms.  By committing to regular classes, you can achieve your desired fitness levels and enhance your overall wellbeing, as Pilates initially believed in connecting physical and mental health.

SPR - Flexibility

This session focuses on stretching and lengthening your muscles through a series of fluid, controlled movements using the Reformer machine. Perfect for all levels, the class helps improve your range of motion, release tension, and promote better posture. 

Gentle Yoga Flow

Gentle Yoga Flow class invites students to explore a slow  practice where each movement is connected to the breath. Students will gradually ease into each pose and find a comfortable holding position to deepen the stretch. 

Mandala Flow

Mandala Flow is a unique yoga class that takes inspiration from the concept of the mandala to create a balanced and fluid practice. With influences from elements such as fire, water, earth, or air.

Yin Yoga

​​Yin Yoga is a serene and peaceful variation of yoga that involves slow-paced and straightforward postures for enhancing mobility, stretching, and hydrating the body's fascial web.  In contrast to Yang Yoga styles such as Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga is a gentle and low-intensity practice. 

Reformer Pilates - SPR - CORE

Core Focus class designed to gently yet effectively strengthen your core. This session focuses on controlled, flowing movements that engage your abdominal muscles while promoting overall stability and balance. The Reformer machine offers smooth, low-impact resistance.

SPR - Balance & Stability

Designed to help you find your centre, this session uses the Reformer machine to challenge your coordination and improve your overall body control. Through a series of focused, low-impact exercises, you'll strengthen the muscles that support your core and improve your posture. movement. 

Gorgeous Gentle Flow class to start the day. Highly recommend - especially if you're not a morning person, like me.
